The theme this year, “Look Up!”, is a beautiful call to action—encouraging children and young people to stay positive, focus on their dreams, and recognize the people and support systems that help them thrive.
At Jesse Kay Hospital, this day holds deep significance. We remain steadfast in our recognition of this important occasion. World Children’s Day is etched into our identity, because our story began right here—with children. Established originally as a children’s hospital, our very foundation is built on providing care, hope, and healing to the youngest among us.
Even as we’ve expanded to serve a wider range of patients with both inpatient and outpatient services, pediatric care remains at the heart of our mission. Every child who enters our facility, whether for a routine check-up or a complex medical condition, receives care rooted in compassion, respect, and dignity.
